What’s new?

I have been busy recently staying on top of uni work and this means I never dedicate as much time or energy as I would like to The Zebratarian Kitchen (I’m not sure there is any way around this when living with a chronic illness).

However, I am currently refreshing the website and will be adding a resources section. I will be dropping several interviews with interesting people I know and more recipes and wellness posts over the coming months.

I also plan to launch an Accessibility campaign pushing for better accessibility consideration across music venues.

I was honoured to be asked to contribute a recipe and piece on cooking with limited mobility for Tara Hill’s beautifully illustrated zine “Cooking with Beetroot”.

The zine is all about utilizing every last bit of your veg to avoid food wastage.
